Has anyone been offered the special price upgrade who did not register do we know for certain that they did not?

Oh and by the way AIR has always worked perfectly for me on both MAC and PC.

No blinkers here just don't let stuff like this wind me up, there really are much more important things in life.

Sorry, but AIR has never worked for me (apart from a brief encounter with AIR v1 and CD resolution). If AIR works for you or me is not relevant here. My route to the upgrade offer was the upgrade from D-Premier to 240. I did register my interest on the web this summer, but I can not see that this is related to the offer I got from Devialet yesterday.
Fine so you registered, who received the offer who did not register is the critical question.

for a D400 we should expect a 5000 euros upgrade discount Smile price ?
What is the new OS BOARD ?
Devialet sent out emails about the new Pro's and offered people to register their non-binding interest in the upgrade. In this registration one only had to specify their name, email and current model. Later Devialet has sent out emails to some people to register their country they live in.

I've never indicated anywhere in this process that I own a 250 upgraded from D-Premier yet the offer is tailored to this so they're matching the registration information with other records they already had. The records they may have are those from people having at one time registered their D on the website, from direct sales, from RMA's and previous upgrades. Of course these records may contain errors or other errors are made. Looks like Axel got "lucky" as he seems to have the wrong flag next to his name (the one a person who bought in 2016 gets, while he has not).
Has anyone seen info on whether the new Pro models (and upgraded units) will still support the older firmware versions? Currently running 8.1.3 on my 400, the lowest I can go with SAM on my speakers, after downgrading from 9.0.1. Still haven't tried 10.0.2.
FW version 10 introduced support for the new hardware platform of the Pro models. After upgrade current models are Pro models. Pro models working with lower than v10 FW is highly unlikely. I wouldn't even try.
Firmware 10 invokes the new ADH architecture in the Pro. From what I heard during a demo of the 1000 Pro the new ADH is sensational, a big step up from the 'old' Expert. So I think it would be a bit crazy to try to use earlier firmware versions with the Pro.
Hi guys,
We have been talking so much about Upgrade prices now - but what about sq?
It seems that the first 220 pros have arrived in England, at least at Oxford Audio. Will anyone bring his 200 there, compare and report, hopfully before Sept. 15th?
I really am not bent out of shape by all this, sorry to disappoint NickB. However, I still think this whole saga from Devialet since I purchased my 200 (which SQ wise I love) stinks. False promises, etc etc. Don't need to regurgitate it all, but one thing does grate. So, some people are receiving special upgrade prices because they have upgraded in the past. What about pretty much everyone of us who have had to purchase other equipment just to get our music playing through the Dev, which has refused to do the much vaunted things that many of us based their purchase on in the first place.

Lesson learned .... do not trust Devialet. When it happens, it happens, no expectations.
