Not on Devialet-Sites.

Anyhow, I don´t think it is necessary to be on that "list".
Don´t want to be one of the first to get the upgrade at all.
Not knowing anything about soundquality after that.

And they won´t deny anyone the upgrade later on, as they earn money with it ;-)
yes, I guess that the list is long enough for thousands of customers....
I have also registered, but you can unsubscribe any time. I would do the upgrade, but strictly depending on the price and SQ/features that I will get.
If the price is much higher than the last upgrade then it is very questionable if I will stay on this list...may be I upgrade one 250 to the new model and sell one 250, I have two masters.
We will se, what price they call and what it´s all about.
I sincerely doubt I'll be able to afford an upgrade - I paid more than 6 months of salary for the D200, and I hoped that this will be my phono / DAC / preamplifier / amplifier for the next 10 years...
This new feature, however, requires the amplifiers to be equipped with the latest version of firmware (7.1), like the new models Devialet 120 or Devialet 200, which is the 7.1 firmware version of that contained on the Devialet 110 and Devialet 170. The owners of these two last models can consequently upgrade them for free by installing the 7.1 firmware. This also increases the power and integrates the USB under Linux, among other

this is the qobuz review of d 110 and d 170 which became 120 and 200 for free. please devialet don't change your commercial  habits.
Still wondering about the purpose of that announcement. If there is no detailed description or details that at least provide further possibilities about the effects on sound quality that is so far quite meaningless.
The same with providing no costs about the upgrade.
That's like an automobile manufacturer announcing the next big thing / revolution and, without mentioning any costs, asking its customers about the willingness to upgrade :-D

Same for me, but nobody forces you (or me) to upgrade and you can keep your D200 as-is for 10 years... It will still get the FW upgrades anyway. If you are happy with the SQ, why changing ?
I just presumed that we are such valued customers that we would be upgraded free of charge so that we can extoll the virtues to those not as privileged as ourselves.

I wouldn't expect free, but I would like to know we're getting a handy discount!
Gauging interest to help figure out the maximum they can charge would be more like it. I doubt the first persons are going to get the upgrade at a any discount.
