I feel the same, a streamer board with Roon would make me do the upgrade, perhaps even DLNA would do the trick as I use that today with my microRendu but Roon is the "thing" I really want to get. A sonicTransport with Roon together with my Devialets would be a nice combo, perhaps with a built in 1TB SSD so I could get rid of my NAS, microRendu and Mutec. A nice Paul Hynes PSU to power Fiberconverter (FTTH), router and sonicTransport that is something I could live with.
I don't have more info than anyone else but my gut feeling is that the streamer board probably won't be part of this update.
From the information that is tricking out of Devialet HQ plus what we already have today in the shape of the O d'A, I would suggest that what we are seeing here is a major evolution of the ADH amplifier, something that hasn't happened since the launch of the D Premier.

I don't understand why you want to get rid of your microRendu. You really think Devialet are going to come out with something better?
Moreover it's obvious that Devialet have little interest in working with Roon.

You are probably right as they dont say anything about the streaming function in the mail they sent out.
If Devialet did a Linux version of AIR that companys like Smal green computer could implement in for say the sonicTransport that would be a solution that would be a nice thing but I suppose that will never happen.
Heard new streaming functionality will be implemented in 2017

The microRendu is a really nice piece of equipment and it is even better with the Mutec converting USB to AES but I would like to dont have so many things just to stream music. There are so many things that can influence the sound, cables and PSU options. A sonicTransport directly to Devialet with AIR is just two components to stream music, perhaps it will not be so good as my current setup but who knows and it will probably never happen as you say Devialet will not work with others regarding their streaming function.
